This policy explains what information Aesir MMA ("we") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you fill out the free class form, we collect what you enter:
- Your name, email address and phone number (optional)
- Whether the person training is an adult or a teen, and a parent or guardian's name for teens
- The programs you're interested in, your experience level, and any message you write
We don't ask for payment information on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and schedule your free class
- To answer questions about classes, programs and membership
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services that help run this site
This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives and stores form submissions on our behalf. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads. The free class form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam bots, which collects device and browser information and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
This site doesn't currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy.
Teens
Our programs are for ages 13 and up. For anyone under 18, we ask for a parent or guardian's name and will involve them before training begins. This website isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to respond to you and manage your training. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you've sent us, email us at info@aesirmma.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
