What is MMA?

Mixed martial arts combines the most effective parts of several fighting styles into one complete system, standing and on the ground.

Four arts, one game

A fight can happen at any range. MMA trains you for all of them, which is why it builds such well-rounded athletes.

Boxing

Muay Thai & kickboxing

Wrestling

First-class questions

Do I need any experience?

None. Most members started with zero. Fundamentals classes are built for your first day.

Will I get hit?

Not until you want to and a coach agrees you're ready. Beginners drill technique with partners and on pads. Sparring is controlled and always supervised.

Is MMA safe for teens?

Yes, with good coaching. Teens learn technique, conditioning and control first. Parents are welcome to watch and ask questions anytime.

What should I bring?

Athletic clothes without zippers, water and a good attitude. We have loaner gloves for your first class.

Am I too out of shape?

That's why you're coming. Everyone works at their own pace, and the conditioning comes with the training.
